Tyrant

Tyrant, otherwise known as Emperor Marcus Cole, is an in-game character from the Praetorian Universe. He is the ruler of Earth following the Hamidon Wars, which destroyed much of the civilized world.
His granddaughter is Dominatrix, otherwise known as Praetor Duncan.

Tyrant was seen in Issue #16 of the Top Cow incarnation of the "City of Heroes" comic series.
His counterpart in the Primal Universe is Statesman.
